The Program:
The Camp Fire USA Counselor-In-Training Program is designed to provide young people leadership and life skills development opportunities through workshops and "Hands On" learning experiences.
This program is for youth entering 8th and 9th grade or up to the age of 15. The camp day will consist of workshops, enrichment and team building activities as well as the opportunity to participate in camper supervision and activities in an assigned group.
The Program will provide young people with the opportunity to tap their inner resouces to help make decisions, work with others and define a sense of who they are.
In an atmosphere of fun and friendship participants will develop as caring, confident youth and future leaders.
