The purpose of the Camp Fire After School Child Care Program is to provide, through programs and informal education, opportunities for youth to realize their potential and to function as caring, self directed individuals, responsible to themselves and others.  As an organization, we seek to improve those conditions which affect youth.

DAILY ACTIVITIES

A variety of after-school, age appropriate activities including arts & crafts, sports, games, outdoor play, and homework club are a part of our daily schedule.  Camp Fire also provides a nutritious snack daily.

Camp Fire provides children an opportunity to participate in various activities while making new friends under the supervision of qualified, caring adults.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM LOCATIONS    

Camp Fire USA provides state licensed, quality after school childcare at the following schools in Salem MA:

• Nathaniel Bowditch
• Horace Mann
• Saltonstall

in Lynn, MA

• Aborn
• Shoemaker

The programs follow the Salem School calendar or the Lynn School calendar and are open from dismissal until 6:00 pm / Monday - Friday.  The program is available for children from grades K - 5.

Transportation is not provided 

Care is provided in each school building.

REGISTRATION AND FEES

There is a $10.00 registration fee annually per child ($20.00 per family).  Registrations will not be considered complete until the registration fee is paid.
